An AnoJet is a machine built for 15 to 20 years of production use. To keep it that way, you need more than sound mechanics: you need a service network that will still exist in 15 years, and spare parts that will still be available in 20. We provide both.
Worldwide Service Network
300 service technicians through the Zünd network
Because our printers are built on the Zünd plotter platform, we draw on Zünd’s global service network: more than 300 trained service technicians worldwide. Repairs, maintenance and diagnostics are carried out on site, not over a telephone helpline.
On-site service
If a technical fault occurs, a technician comes to you. This matters particularly for industrial printing systems: downtime costs money, and shipping a 500 kg machine is not a realistic option.
Spare Parts Availability
Industrial inkjet printers often fail not because of their mechanics, but because of spare parts supply. Manufacturers discontinue components, and older printhead generations are withdrawn from the market. With AnoJet, supply is secured on several levels:

Upgrade Kits for Printheads
What happens when the printhead manufacturer launches a new generation?
With many printing systems, this marks the beginning of the end for the machine — old printheads run out, and new ones don’t fit the system. With AnoJet, a new printhead generation means: we develop an upgrade kit.
What the upgrade kit includes

- Adapted software / firmware
- Installation by our technicians
Your machine stays mechanically the same — and is technically up to date again. That is investment protection in practice, not just in theory.
What We Don't Offer — and Why That Matters
We do not take on print jobs. Mantel Eloxal sells and supports AnoJet machines. We do not act as a print service provider, so we do not compete with our customers. When you buy an AnoJet, your market is your market.
