Quality

Precision

Durability

Maximum resistance through embedded printing

The AnoJet Multi-Drops technology prints up to 32 layers into the same pore.

Conventional sub-anodising printers deposit ink into the pore only once or twice. With AnoJet, we achieve up to 32 layers, resulting in complete saturation of the pore depth. This gives rise to the properties that define our printed image:

Chemical Resistance

industrial cleaning agents and acids leave no trace

Abrasion Proof

industrial cleaning agents and acids leave no trace

Anti-Graffiti

solvents and cleaning agents leave the printed image untouched

High UV Resistance

no yellowing outdoors

Fire Resistance

no flammable carrier layers

Scratch Resistance

industrial cleaning agents and acids leave no trace

A machine built for the next 20 years

Our AnoJet printers are designed for 15 to 20 years of production use. That’s made possible by industrial-grade mechanics, direct partnerships with our component manufacturers, and a service concept built on upgrades rather than replacement.

Zünd Plotter

Zünd plotter with a steel frame starting at 500 kg. Zünd is the world’s leading manufacturer of industrial cutting plotters, and we’ve built on this platform for over 25 years. Spare parts availability of 20 to 30 years.

Epson printheads

Epson Piezo Drop-on-Demand, sourced directly from Epson. The partnership secures 10 years of spare parts availability per printhead generation and early access to new generations.

Upgrade Kits

When a new printhead generation is released, we upgrade existing machines — with software, installation, and new printhead. The mechanics stay, the print technology gets updated.

Worldwide service

Over 300 service technicians worldwide through the Zünd service network. On-site maintenance and repair, not phone support.

Frequently asked questions

Who are Aluminium printers suitable for?

Essentially, for any business that wants robust, long-lasting printing on aluminium. This typically includes:
  • Print service providers wanting to offer anodised printing with greater durability and better resolution than UV-LED or screen printing.
  • Engraving businesses and aluminium processors looking to extend their offering with digital direct printing on anodised aluminium.
  • Signage and sign manufacturers looking for a printing process that withstands the demands of outdoor, industrial and public spaces

Yes. Through our partnership with Zünd, we offer worldwide spare parts supply, technical support and on-site repair service. Over 300 service technicians are on hand worldwide to repair machines quickly.

No. Mantel Eloxal manufactures and distributes digital printing machines for sub-anodising printing. We do not produce printed goods ourselves.

Sub-anodising printing on aluminium involves printing directly into the pores of anodised aluminium, which is then sealed with hot water. This creates a protective layer over the printed image, which is why the printed products are resistant to fire, chemicals, UV, graffiti and scratches.
